    The 6-Fold Attention Exercise

The 6-Fold Attention Exercise is fairly easy after you awaken Steward and Master.

You simply split yourself into 6 attentions: for me, I cross my left leg over my right leg, so that my left leg dangles freely and swings easily, or I sit on chair with no arms, and dangle one arm beside the chair, so that it dangles freely and swings easily.

Then start your leg or arm swinging and keep an attention on the fact that you are swinging it.

    1 Attention.

Then, focus on some constant sound like the loud ticking of a clock, the constant chirping of the birds, or the continuous sound of traffic, etc.

Acknowledge that you still have attention on the fact that you are still swinging your arm, and now have added to that the fact that you are listening to the birds.

    2 Attentions.

Next, add one moment from your objective prayer, like George M. Cohan walking with the troops (I think you know the story) and feel that moment.

Acknowledging that you still have attention on the fact that you are still swinging your arm, are still listening to the birds, and now have added to that the feeling of an objective prayer moment.

    3 Attentions.

Now, add the repetition of some memory work, or recite “Mary had a little lamb…” over and over.

Acknowledging that you still have attention on the fact that you are still swinging your arm, are still listening to the birds, are still holding the feeling of Cohan, and now have added the recitation of “Mary had a little lamb….”

4 Attentions, occurring at the same time; attentions that you know are there.

Additionally, add some measure of conscience, like loyalty, or you responsibility to others.

Acknowledging that you still have attention on the fact that you are still swinging your arm, are still listening to the birds, are still holding the feeling of Cohan, are still reciting “Mary had a little lamb…,” and have now added a sense of morality towards others.

5 Attentions, “All present and accounted for Sir.”

Finally, hold some concept up to Master, seeking higher feedback.

Acknowledging that you still have attention on the fact that you are still swinging your arm, are still listening to the birds, are still holding the feeling of Cohan, are still reciting “Mary had a little lamb…,” are still sensing your moral obligation to others, and have now added a concept to Master, seeking higher feedback.

    6 Attentions.

Wow this is amazing, and I know that I am doing all 6.

I might even be able to add a 7th attention, and let the Royalty know. Heck, why not … I want to see the Queen smiling.
