[jperrott] Good evening Friends! )
[stevew] Good evening, John.
[jperrott] Hi Wheels!
[stevew] I just received a call from Ken, saying that he would not be joining.
[jperrott] I’m up on Walney Island!
[jperrott] Why do you suppose he did that?
[stevew] Ken and Shirl got caught up in traffic leaving Silverstone (he had forgotten about the Grand Prix) and so was running very late.
[stevew] How is the wild and woolly north?
[stevew] Hi, Tony!
[jperrott] Pleasant, green and hospitable!
[stevew] Just like the south, then.
[jperrott] Hi Tony! How do you double?
[jperrott] stevew> Glad to hear it!
[Tony] Hi Steve, John
[jperrott] Anticipating the Big Dog’s question – let’s hear your B.Ms.
[Tony] jperrott> Very well thank you.
[jperrott] Tony> Wouold I be right in surmising that it’s “working” for you?
[Tony] jperrott> Yes.
[jperrott] Tony> Example?
[stevew] jperrott> Today, out for a walk, just seeing the natural harmony in all living things – even viruses and parasites.
[jperrott] stevew> Yes – without “filters” we see things as they are!
[Tony] B.M. Not getting drawn in to Diannes grumpy mood, that went on for a very long time.
[stevew] thedog> Greetings, “Big Dog”!
[jperrott] Tony> How did you deal with it?
[jperrott] thedog> Evening Big Dog! :_
[Tony] jperrott> I knew it was her bad mood and not mine.
[thedog] Greetings All
[jperrott] Tony> Good! And then…?
[thedog] Best Moment April Fools yesterday. Times 18 minutes, 7 minutes, 5 minutes, and 2 minutes. Wow!!!
[stevew] thedog> 2 minutes?? Any faster and they’ll be coming to you already glowing!
[thedog] Tony> Congratulations Tony on being worthy for the DoN Part 1. Yee-Haw
[Tony] jperrott> And every time she tried to blame me for her mood, I did not react, but just carried on with my better mood
[Tony] thedog>
[jperrott] Tony> Good Tony! And how did you “catch and/or balance” your usual response to her mood?
[Tony] jperrott> Example: Thinking alternative reasons why people drive as they do.
[jperrott]
[jperrott] Tony> Well done! My respects for your discretionary response!
[Tony] jperrott> I seemed to be immune to the mood, something that I would not have been, especially as it went on a bit.
[thedog] stevew> A 32 minute exercise. She really just didn’t try to weaken the guys in her machine…she tried to kill them
[jperrott] Tony> When YOU occupy the space, nothing else can rule!
[jperrott] thedog> Over to you Sir!
[thedog] May I enquire why Sarah, June, & Gary don’t usually join us…No Blame or accounts, just a inquiry. I saw Ken’s dilemma.
[thedog] Tony> [jperrott] Tony> When YOU occupy the space, nothing else can rule! Memorize that one
[Tony] thedog> Will do.
[jperrott] thedog> I don’t know! I suggest that you might want to ask any or all of them in an appropriate Messenger session.
[thedog] When you realize that the machine is innately programmed to work rightly, then…all you have to do is to try to keep it from working wrongly.
[stevew] thedog> Do you not still have to choose to bring the conscious shocks?
[thedog] stevew> We are told that the carbon necessary for self remembering is there but that it is in the wrong place. So, that shock should be there automatically, which would lead one to believe that the second should be the same…especially with the first’s help.
[Tony] thedog> When the emotions are controlled, and a man feels content with his life, what else is there to work for?
[thedog] Tony> Higher stations of unity. Contentment is only the place from which the rest is possible.
[Tony] thedog> We are always working towards states that we don’t know about
[thedog] Tony> We know only their direction. Imagine what awaits in that direction.
[stevew] thedog> Are you saying that stopping “wrong work” is sufficient to bring the carbon to the right place?
[thedog] stevew> Untie the Bonsai tree … and, it will grow.
[Tony] thedog> It probably would not be accurate.
[thedog] stevew> Everything else in nature comes to do what it is supposed to do, if you do not interfere with it.
[stevew] thedog> But in abnormal conditions of life, what should be an automatic shock may not happen.
[thedog] Tony> Concentrate more on the direction. Imagine yourself conscious …
[thedog] stevew> That is a problem … but only if we allow the influence of the abnormal conditions. What do abnormal conditions look like when I shut my eyes. Didn’t someone once say, “seeing the natural harmony in all living things – even viruses and parasites?”
[thedog] stevew> But I agree, man is influenced by all that surrounds him–G. We have to first escape the influence.
[Sarah] Hi there all. Sorry I am late. PC trubs. I am just scrolling back a mo to catch up.
[stevew] thedog> I guess that is why Ouspensky said we need to distinguish the imaginary from the real … and to assume that at first there is nothing real.
[thedog] Any more questions … about, anything existing in the world?
[thedog] stevew> Yes or a G said, “Don not believe anything, not even in yourself.”
[stevew] thedog> If everything is really harmonious (only our inner world being stuffed with illusion) then would “teaching” always be a totally spontaneous thing, for a man without quotation marks?
[Tony] thedog> What undesirable consequences for our entire whole, and what do we have to be on guard against on P83 Cosmic Secrets?
[thedog] stevew> Yes, when asked, he would respond.
[Sarah] thedog> BM-MY bro coming to stay making efforts to quit his use of heroin. The BM is that although I am involving myself-directing myselves to create conditions-I am separate from it and the outcome.
[Sarah] thedog> I recently experienced falling in love-and again,I could visualise taking that in loveness and holding it in my hand as something separate from myself.
[thedog] Tony> Pianjoehary is at SO. SO is half way between the two DO’s. Precarious position that could fall back on itself.
[Tony] thedog> Due to our emotions or thoughts or something else?
[Sarah] thedog> This and more has led me to understand that it is not that there is light and day and yes and no and so on-but instead there is night and nothing-no and nothing………….
[thedog] Sarah> That one is over my head Sarah?
[thedog] 3 minutes…quick!
[Sarah] thedog>I think I just admitted that I have no aim other than sustaining my position
[jperrott] O.K. As quick as possible! Wiseacreing is “for the birds” – and we all may know what the “birds of the air” get up to!
[thedog] Sarah> Bravo!
[thedog] GONG GONG…time is up. Thanks for your questions and efforts. See ya’ll next week.
[jperrott] Love, goodwill to all men – and all things!
[Tony] Thank you
[stevew] See y’all.
